Playground"l "broken" for this code Returns No Output !??

Question

Why does Playground not work on this code. Seems like it should print output, just like the example sais. But it does not. It returns No Output.
Why?
How to Fix?!?

Well, out does seem to work maybe every 10 tries or so.
The other (9-ish) times it prints "No output".

So whatever the problem, it's intermittent. Possibly related to a timer, or ability to connect via internet (though My connection is good..).

Either way, try, try again..
The playground will eventually produce the expected result !

The playground has worked fine for me. Is there any random aspect to your code? Is something that is randomly generated effecting the output? Of course it could just be the Internet or there might be something wrong with the servers.
