Which language is use to style application?

We use CSS, Bootstrap and sometimes JavaScript to style webpage. So, which language is used to style computer, android and iPhone applications. And what java do?Is this same as JavaScript?

Donna you assertion is wrong... Java and Javascript ARE NOT same things (not even a bit though they share something)

Depends... On web you must use CSS. On android if you develop native apps, you can style widgets with some xml resources (where can define themes, styles etc) and apply they or in pure Java (bad idea)... If you develop web apps then you must use CSS
