Making windows 10 of your own....

Hey, everyone as we know that usually linux distribution is free and open source , so can we modify it to look like windows 10 and also able to run some basic windows apps then later we can develop more on it and make it run many apps from windows . Because linux is know for its highest security and privacy . So, we in future we don't have to worry about our security from viruses and also we R getting the features of windows . Moreover it would be the cheapest windows ever made.

There are some themes for enviroment (like kde, xfce) to make Linux looks like windows 10.
WINE is used in Linux to run windows programs.
Linux can get viruses but due there isn't a lot of users, there are not a lot of viruses for Linux.

No because Microsoft owns all of the licenses, it would be copy-write infringement.
Linux was created to be open source.
