systematic program design

is it useful and necessary to learn? and when should i start learning about SPD ? Is it okey when i finish my course in sololearn?

Of course, you have to use some rules of systematic program design. Neccessary, when you will become a member ot large development company (or group). Because, they use it. To learn it before -may be a good idea. But there is a problem, exist many different methodology how to do it. And the tools for it can be extensive, or non friendly for beginners.
