Cursor placement zoom window, within code playground, on iPhones (by holding finger on screen)

Question

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes holding down your finger on the screen, when trying to place your cursor somewhere specific in your code, has the cursor UNDER your finger, now in line with the perimeter of the circle instead of in the middle, so you can’t see the cursor placement in the zoom window?

iPhone 6S and newer have 3D Touch, a more sensitive version of Force Touch. 3D Touch allows you to move your text cursor by applying pressure to the keyboard.
