Depends on what you want to learn and how fast you can learn it... in other words: nobody will be able to tell you how fast you exactly will learn it. Just practice and learn, don't hesitate

to learn basics - 3 days.
to be intermediate - few months of coding.
to master it - I once had a talk with my boss, he's like top lvl everything in the company, and he said that a few, maybe 10 years are needed to really master c++
