Section for batch (bat)

I think what should have one section dedicated to for batch. Since it would come well for people newbies and would be great to others, above all to me.

Batch is not a practical language, it was made to simulate the old days of DOS. Although you may program in it, its efficiency stayed the same over the years, and many languages can do better. For example, C/C++.
