whic language is used for creating the "fonts" (.ttf) ?

i want to develop a custom font ... :)

The "ttf" file format is not "plain text", you can't directly program it using a language, read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TrueType

Bonus: if you are in windows, press [win] + [R] keys to show the "run" dialog and type this magic word: EUDCEDIT then press [ENTER]
then start creating your font ;)
