Is it possible to add a list of words on c++?

Question

I'm starting in programing and i'm trying to create the "hangedman Game" (at least thats how we call It in spain)
the game needs the program to load a random Word, i ve added manually some, but i wonder if there is a way to take them from a external archive and also if there is some kind of databases on the net with the basic words of a language ready to be implemented in C inside an arrange. Otherway It would be a lot of work
