the only diffrence of learning coding in a school or online is the affort you have to invest.
therefor i prefer developers that learned everything online because showed if they are willing to do something they do it till the end.(and i know there a people they call themselfe developers without knewing what a loop is.)

The best way is to be always inquisitive and interested in many things related to your learning path, to know trends and way of web development technologies progress, watch web confs, read articles, buy courses, make own articles/tutorials. Always learn something and share.
