Sorry but i dont understand your question... Html is simply a way to put content in web context. stop. Security information is another story

Do what you want. HTML and CSS aren't even programming languages, anyway.

I think that depends by who learn... There are person that learn multiple subjects to same time and do it good also while tgere are who learn one subject and do it bad.... Its all relative

There is some truth to it. By learning both you will spend less time on each and in theory you will learn less. On other hand you won't spend all your time on single language anyway and you will probably need to learn them anyway. More likely that guy is trying to be smartass. Tell him some damn bird on the internet told him to f*** off.

Omar o Html syntax its simple like Css but learn web page development is not only learn html/css syntax.. You have to learn related concepts like elements type, elements positioning, stack contexts, rule about how browser apply style and proprierties, pitfall about not-so-standard html behaviours etc... Futhermore you must considerate that you will want scripting your page then you will must learn javascript... I repeat... If you can do they at same time, go and learn either also see your priority and learn in base to it

First thing for learn: learn to search informations.... We now are in 2018 and we has WWW for find any information type... Use it... I can tell you that security information is programming indipendent, someone can tell you opposite, another cab suggest you a path... Stop... Start to search on internet about your needs (google, wikipedia, articles etc.). At this point you can get some info about what you must learn (at least), and you will go more and more deeply... This is my suggestion... Last Im not good also to use english (i read it better than like i write it) but in IT science its FONDAMENTAL

It is better to understand 1 programming language good, than understanding 2 programming languages a little, but it is even better to understand 2 programming languages good, but it seems bad to only study 1 programming language, which works with other programming languages, like html, css and js.
