How core Java or standard edition is different from advanced Java??

what can I do after core Java for a strong Java programming??

maybe Java EE - Enterprise Edition if you want some business programming or just want a create a site in web. After that I propose you Spring framework. It's great and I think if you have strong base of java SE, java EE and Spring you may think about job in junior java developer.
