After finishing these courses am I able to get a job as a programmer?

Depends upon you. You could certainly go through these courses and get an entry level job, depending upon the company. However, you'll want to practice what you're learning here and create a portfolio so you can show off what you're capable of to potential employers. Obviously, you'll want to continue to progress and obtain further knowledge on the languages in question beyond this place. Work on your communication as well. You can talk yourself into situations, including jobs. Remember this. For every "no" out there, there is also a "yes" waiting for you.

Absolutely no! Sololearn teaches you just the basics. Even if you finish all courses you still have a long way to be considered a full fledged programmer. Learn how to operate a real ide, learn github(or something similar) and you'll still have a long road ahead of you.

you can but you will need a degree. But because of the need of programmers you might have a chance.
