What's the best coding language to start with?

Iam a fresher from EEE background and i want to get into IT field so in what sequence & how should i start learning coding to land a job!

Learning computational theory is important, this sounds scary but it basically amounts to understanding how to turn a problem into a series of logical steps which can be performed by an algorithm to provide you with an answer.

In terms of programming languages Python is a good choice for beginners, its quick to learn and versatile (as well as being heavily used in industry, which is good if you're looking for a job). Its often favourably compared to executable pseudo-code.
