open the code on which u wanna comment;
on the topmost right you will find an option for "comments" , which is just below the file type
(ex: CPP, java,PHP etc);
just click on it and comment whatever you want.

No no @Derek now the updated version is bug free, now this feature works in tablet also.
And programming has nothing to do with country , everyone can be a good programmer. I just wrote my user name as this because I thought maybe just by my name people can think that I am not Indian, because in India it's somewhat a rare name, so to remove the confusion and my love towards India made me do this. ^_^

on mobile, you tap the code. then when it loads, look towards the top right. you will see a number and the word "comments"; tap that

is my question so silly that nobody is answering 😢😢

If there would have been any option in sololearn to send pic , then I would have asked u take a screenshot of that comments option and send because really it's not visible in my tab.
Well thank you Nikhil and Ahri Fox for answering.

@Sandeep ... I wanted to say that your choice as the image of Lord Ganesha as your first program is the best, I really liked it but if you can make it colourful then it would be great.
Thanks for your blessings😃

@Sandeep... actually I wished to comment on your code only, that's why I asked this question. But I think if we operate sololearn from tab then the option is not visible because now also I can't see any such option like comments.
Well thanks for answering.

oh nice to hear that it was my code which took your valuable attention. well you can comment here too I would not mind.
oh yes there is another friend of mine"Diego loopies" who also asked the same he had a tablet , the solution is comments are only visible on smartphone app and not on tablets .that's not good. you can see the discussion.
may God bless you.

I am not Indian by birth, by heart, and by soul, but I do program so I don't feel completely left out! The lack of functionality for tablets doesn't make much sense. They should have the same abilities as the phone app. I hope they plan on updating the app for tablets. Glad I saw that on this thread so I know why when I am using my tablet.

just go to the code (it is only available in app) and then at the bottom of title of the code at right side it shows like 6 comments tap it and the comments open

u can write comments in three different way to a source code, let's start one bye one,
step:1
//single line comment style
step:2
/* multi line
comment style */
step:3
/** auto generated */

What did the poorly written and confusing code have to say for itself?
No comment.
