Possibility for virtual meetups to earn networking badge?

moderators could potentially lead them and gain XP for it. people could log on, ask questions and just build a community. it would be easier than have in-person ones.

The value of the badge stems from the difficulty of earning the badge. As I see it, virtual meetups do not qualify you as a Networker.

this is not accessible to everyone around the world and is very infrequent - not to mention the last event was a paid event
