What do you do if a module is written in for example C and you are coding in Python?

I'm learning to code, so please explain as if it were to a layman.

Levente Kim if a module is written in C, this means that you have translate it into Python code.

For example, speaking english a spanish person wouldn’t understant so you will have to transilate it into spanish which uses different words.

Well actually i dont think so, you need to know both languages to be able to know what can be used
