Can anyone explain how the skills pie works?

Question

I want to know how to obtain more percentage from the skills pie on our profile section.

What I know is just:
Learner - You can gain from the course you have finished.
Coder - Not sure how it works. But from what I understand, when you make a program and anybody upvotes it, the coder pie will increase its percentage.
Influencer - ???
Challenger - You can gain percentage from the challenges you won.

John Wells Thanks. I wonder how'd you get XPs without challenging. You got platinum but I see your challenger pie as 0% and your codes also have ranged 7-20 upvotes. 😲

Tons of best answers each giving XP.

Over 1500 answers to questions. Most of my codes are private working programs fixed for others so that gets best answer often. Then, most of the public ones are my coding answers for others also getting best answers.
