Why aren't we able to review challenge questions?

Question

There should be a way to see the questions from the challenge and what the correct answer was for learning purposes. This could be made available after the challenge has been completed by both participants.

I think they won't do that because they would have to create more questions all the time. If everyone know the answers there won't any challenge left. You can always memorize the questions you don't get right and/or put the code in the code playground. All it takes is practice.
