You might not score perfect score in A+, but you should know all underlying concepts of network, their topologies, architecture, security, etc. These are must when you are graduating with a CS degree. They are helpful in university exams, competitive exams (e.g. A+, Network+, CCNA), placement interviews, etc. 80% score is good but you should probably target for more. Download A+ Security certification books from web as PDF and all the best.
