It's free to download but you can't save your files unless you pay 12.99$.

I think you could just download the native development kit that enables android studio to use c++

C4Droid - C/C++ compiler and IDE by 'n0n3m4', it's like $5, not too bad really for something that will do full native code within Android. It does have C++ Libraries specifically compiled for Android on Arm processors, the libs are a separate download but free. Check it out and lemme know what you think.
