Why would you want a text editor specifically for solo? I'd recommend getting a general purpose text editor. e.g. Brackets or Atom

Depends what you have... Windows -notepad++ I dont have windows so i dont know Mac visual studio is the best chrome odly enough this actually has a decent one... caret you can get it on the chrome web store for chronebooks and it works well. you specify the type of code it is and whatnot at the bottom. the only glitch i have is I have tonuse inline css, a stylesheet wont work. side note: when running a program... turn on dev tools on the chrome browser - for all computers. and always use chrome to run your programs. dev tools are best on chrome

AnimeGamer362 I use Notepad++. It is pretty simple to use (not a vast learning curve). It's a free, popular, and good text editor that new coders use alot. https://notepad-plus-plus.org/
