Competitive Programming progress

Question

I am practicing Competitive Programming for 2 years.I learn a lot of algorithms and start learning Dynamic programming but till now I think my progress is pretty low and in some point I feel that I reached my limit. I am good at math. But am I doing something wrong to have this slow progress.Thanks In advance (sorry for bad english)

well learning dynamic programming in your second year of practicing sounds fine depending on the curriculum you're going by (i had that in my first year of high school, gifted student program and whatnot)
but i advise that you keep things at your desired pace, overexerting is never good
