U might learn many programming languages. you will be able to code in them, u will get used to syntax etc etc but when it comes to problem solving. What makes u best coder in room is ur logic designing, ur problem solving skill & ur algorithm design. There will be many pep who knows how to code but all of them can't solve an particular problem if they fail to develop algo.
So u should be best at problem solving skills.

If your asking about sololearner there are assignments and codes section even though they are already solved
u can solve them again by ur own way look at other pep submissions and think on how they can be simplified or improved.
There are also websites which provide you problems of already known solution like hackerearth.
also u can participate in online compitition like ieextrem, codejam etc etc.
but I will suggest you to try SL assignments first if ur able to solve them then go for other options.
also don't stuck on one problem for 2 long.
