Whats joomla? What can I do with it? And what is a content management system?

Joomla is a CMS like Wordpress. A content management system is a platform for managing website. Like you can post content from there, add users, and basically manage a website and everything from there. That's why it's called a content management system.

Joomla is basically an example of a CMS, or Content Management System. What it does is allow different users of different permission levels to distribute or change content on a website without being overseen by a webmaster. Basically it allows you to upload videos on YouTube and post on your social media instantly, broad example but you get the idea.
