https://www.google.com As far as I know - Wordpress is a CMS(Content Management System) that makes it a lot easier for client to update and manage website contents. Some website builders have WordPress from the start. Just choose a theme and start updating content as you wish.

To upload your website and have people view it, you will need hosting. A place to put your web files and link a domain to that hosting IP address

Wordpress is basically used by people who have no idea of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Wordpress is a content management system with which you can run your own blog even if you don't know a thing about programming. Wordpress is for me an indication that the operator does not have much knowledge on how to create a website and it shows unprofessionality. Good question.

IBRAHIM SULE UDI you don't have to upload your website if you use a website builder. Usually they have hosting services. There is a option to publish your website and that will allow others to see your website online. Try out - Weebly or, 000webhost They have a great dashboard and customization option for free.

SIMA WordPress is great for those who don't have any knowledge about html/css/js and just want a simple website/blog up and running. For building a complex web app or website you will need to know about html/js/css. It will give you more control to customize the look and style of your website.
