Hi Arvind Mehta I use Sublime in Linux and DevCPP in Windows and both are great

Dev C++ and Turbo C ++ you can easily get on windows platform .... easy to use and understand

I used to use dev C++ as an IDE it's cool and the compilers are good as Well ! code.blocks in my opinion is a bad choice for many reasons ! but YOU can is whatever you want :)
