a programmer believes that none of these languages is best, and may only have fewer or more popularity between developers and its users due to some capabilities of any language .... But each of these languages does something that most other languages can not do; and because they are not related, we can not say which of the best and worst is ....

No language can be called best. Each languages has its pros and cons. If you talk about simplicity then yes python might be the best.

is the pyhyon can be used to create an executable file.Or is it just consist of writing something then reading itself just like what we do in C, pascal and other boring programs?
