Wpf or Windows Form that's the question

Which one do you prefer for development of Win Desktop Apps?

I prefer windows forms. However wpf is newer.

Windows Forms is easy to work with and it's great for simple applications. WPF, on the other hand, allows to create advanced programs, however, if you want to use it efficiently, you'll have to learn XAML and the MVVM pattern.
