They are two different things. Angular is a framework for building applications in JS, while Java is a programming language. It is impossible to say that one is better than the other because they are oriented to totally different things.

Kanishka Abeysinghe Angular is a framework. Java is a language. In future, new frameworks may come better than Angular. But, languages are on same demand always.
