How can I get a job related to IT especially in web design and development here in philippines?

I am really wanted to have a job related to IT. I want to be a web designer and developer but all I know is just basic in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and Photoshop. More than the compensation and benefits, I want to learn and develop more in this field. I try my best to find and search, until I don't have enough budget to go in Manila foe transportation. Need some advice and hope there is opportunity for a newbie like me. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest you to check out online job sites or download their app, with such sites or apps job offerings will come to your e-mail, and you don't have to spend as much by traveling, which will cost you.

While browsing the vacancy list, take note of common things written in the requirements list, and all the while, update yourself to keep up with those list, so next time a chance comes you will be better armed.

hi Ipang, thanks for your advices.... I always look on jobs through online....
I also want to try online works but I don't have resources like connection to the internet, all I have is just prepaid and it is for 3 days only using my phone.
