How can I store the users selection?

I don't think it's possible in Sololearn, but if I were to run this in the browser, how could I save my selection?

Like, let's say I select the second option.
Then I press a save button, or maybe it saves automatically(your choice)
Then I close the browser
Then I come back and the option is still selected
