Regular Expression! Help me.

Could someone help me about this? I want to use Regex.
Ex:
'thisismyregex' ---> 'this is my regex'

or

'ThisIsMyRegex' ---> 'This Is My Regex'

Read on regExp on sololearn or Javascript. Info
