How do you practice on daily basis outside SL? What are some key guidelines to make your practice effective?

I just started using this app yesterday but I’ve lost the habit of coding multiple times and forget what I learn. I need ideas!

Well, Sololearn's Code Playground is pretty good to practise coding. Moreover it has a nice helpful debuger. So, after learning something new, just practise over there.
If you want to practise outside this app, Notepad++ is waiting for you. Just find something to do and...start coding...
