I don't understand your question completely , but if you want someone whom you want to help you to improve your programming skills then there are many in this community just keep learning and coding and ask questions when you are stuck, it won't take much time to become good at all this just devote 5-8hrs a week to coding if you already work somewhere with different subjects or if you have got much time then it's all on you. Your speed and understanding capability will determine the time in which you'll become a professional. Just make a fixed schedule for coding and learn systematically.
