Why SQL developer cant run on JDK 10.0.2

Question

I just installed SQL Database 11g Express Edition along with SQL developer. Everything worked well but the Oracle is not loading. Before loading it prompts me saying that it may not work properly due to unsupported Java version.

I did alot of things :(

JDK 10 is an experimental version of JDK, it warns you that the version might be unstable and no matter what you'll do it'll tell you that.
