For my opinion I honestly say Python(Any Version) It is really easy to learn. Really great for machine learning and algorithms, data structures, GUI Application, 3D/2D Games etc. It is also used to get jobs in Google, Facebook, NASA etc. It will really help you a lot. I say going for Python is a really good decision. Also Python Is A High Level Programming Language. PHP on other side is less popular and used for making cilent servers.
