I want to create an API for my website and app,
hi friends, but I'm not much expert in PHP, JavaScript..etc. Plz suggest me what I should learn first and later on..what is the best way to build a API.

Building an API is the same as building a library, you can do it in most programming languages.

Learn javascript, you could use jQuery later.
