1. Wrap your forms in a <div> and apply float: left; to the wrapper:

<div style="float:left;">
<form>
input,submit etc
</form>
</div>

2. Use display:inline-block on your wrapper

<div style="width:50%; margin:auto;">
<div style="display:inline-block; width:45%;text-align:center;">
<form>
input, submit ...
</form>
</div>
</div>

The 2nd example will also center your both forms on the screen.
