Communicating through email used to be the mods' only way of communication with SL. Thankfully, that's no longer the case. Lol.

Yes, I have written to them on some occasions and the time in which I have received an answer has been an estimated 4 - 7 days.

hinanawi actually they only took one day to get back to me on email. I wonder if this question speeded up their response.

I've always got the reply in less than 3 days (before I became a Mod).
I emailed them about 6-7 times for bugs and queries on Lesson Factory.
