in c# console is easier than Windows form or Windows form is easier than console??

it all depends on the type of application you are going to create.

The standard console application will not require the use of visual elements and as a result may lack functionality that a GUI could provide.

Windows forms isn't "harder", it will require some knowledge on threading to avoid cross thread exceptions, but other than that its all draft and drop. You should know though, that windows forms is outdated and it is preferred that you use WPF or windows presentation foundation. It will take a little more to learn but it is more extensible than Win. Forms.

I agree with John. The level of difficulty is the same. I just don't make console applications because they look not that nice... 😀
