What is the best software to use for practising HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Idk if this had been answered, I own brackets and dreamweaver but I don’t know if there’s any better ones on the market?

Try https://codepen.io/ You can easily make frontend projects by creating pens. Additionally there you can see professional developer's work and learn from them.
