Well, the following are of my own observations and may not be fully accurate.
The insights are split into two parts

- The Pie Chart which shows you your overall activity.
- The Bar Chart which shows you your daily progress in challenges.

The pie chart is divided into 5 parts, namely Influencer, Challenger, Learner, Coder and Contributor. Influencer stats depend on how much you ask and answer questions and get upvoted for them. Challenger stats tells you about your activity in challenges. Coder stats depends on your code count and their upvote count. Learner stats depends on your progress in the tutorial courses. Contributor... I'm not sure lol.

The bar chart is pretty simple and straightforward to understand. Your daily challenges statistics are shown, wins, draws and losses.
