How to make game levels and unlock new category using coins in Android Studio?

Does anyone knows here how to make game levels in AS. I mean when the user selects the correct answer, then he will gain coins, after that the coins will use to unlcok a new category. I already searched youtube and all i can see is multiple choice questions but without levels and categories. Anyone help. Thanks.
