Internet connection

Question

Anyone else not able to use the android app? It just says no internet connection. I've tried wifi and data and neither one loads anything?

Yeah tried it on my laptop too. I assume it was something their end?

Mostelt the no internet or no connectiuon problem accours due to rong settings of APN. As you know apn is the necessery for smooth network connection. Therefore, always use correct apn for secure and fast connection.
I was also facing the same issue. Latter i cheecked th tm sim apn and do the apn settings ( get the aon settings from this website: ( https://tmsimregistrationph.net/tm-sim-apn/ ). After the correct tm sim apn settings, my internet speed becomes just amazing. No with correct apn, i am enjoying fast internet.
