hey. no one can say you which engine is better. I work with unity and im happy with it.
I can tell you that unity and unreal are good. but you have to choose. look some videos and tutorials on youtube. maybe after that you can choose ;)

honestly I use both engines but I like unity better :>

in terms of graphics yes , but unreal isn't like unity were you can export work to a lot of other development platforms .
