Flutter is a cross-platform UI toolkit that is designed to allow code reuse across operating systems such as iOS and Android, while also allowing applications to interface directly with underlying platform services.

Flutter is an open-source UI software development toolkit created by Google. It is used to build natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase. Flutter allows developers to use a single codebase to create visually attractive and high-performance applications for multiple platforms.
