Is this a good idea?

It goes without saying that repetition of something creates a muscle memory of that thing, allowing one to instinctually know what to do, some can include, riding a bike, Playing an instrument, even doing chores, so that got me thinking, what if I applied the same concept to learning a programming language, repeat the same thing over and over and over again until I can instinctually do that. I feel by doing this my muscle memory will develop so when coding I will instinctivly know what to do.(btw I’m learning C, and trying to understand it is like trying to understand a girls or even a childs mentality)

instead of repetition of the same thing. I would suggest for repetition of functions. use certain functions in different codes. find different ways to use them.

Yes, I think muscle memory can work for programming like playing the piano (except with keyboard keys instead of piano keys). The interesting test is to write out code on a piece of paper and have someone else see if it runs the way it's supposed to.
