Why do some people start learning JS or CSS before previous languages?

Some people will learn JS and CSS or HTML and JS, etc. Why don’t they learn in order and learn all of them?

there are many reasons for it. number 1 is people get too excited and want to learn all at once. #2 job opportunities and #3 because these languages compliment one another.

JS,CSS and HTML all have a similar use, so once you learnt one, you can do many things the other languages can do too. You could learn all of them, but those languages are mainly used for the web, so some would rather learn other languages
