actually 99% of the entry level positions don't need certificates. I would suggest you to find good looking jobs and ask their HR about the requirements and for advices to get in. usually they need work references like hobby projects and stuffs, and you need to have solid basic knowledge. degree in CS helps a lot too. The easiest way to find internships is through university programs. i got my first web development job after practicing like 1000 hours in my 2nd year of university. So after you get the basics, just practice. Make sample websites, programs, and widen your experience, read books.
